You will not be disappointed with our well equipped house which has been set up to accomodate 3 couples or a group of 6 friends.

If you are visiting Hobart to enjoy all of the fine things on offer, our space will provide the perfect comfort for you to base your self.

The space

Our space is unique because it has been refurbished in April 2017 with brand new furniture - including luxury 5* hotel quality beds and linen. You will not be disappointed.

The kitchen is well equipped for everything you will need - you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink prior to stepping out to the local restaurants/cafes all within a 5 minute walk or you can prepare your own meals in our well equipped kitchen with local Tasmania produce from neighbourhood Grocers or the Sunday Farmers Market.

Guest access

Your booking is a private booking & you will have exclusive access to all amenities, including a very well equipped kitchen, laundry, dining room, lounge room, bathroom and outdoor entertainment area (including BBQ). Please note that access to bedrooms is based on the number of people in the booking as follows:

1 to 2 People - 1 Bedroom
3 to 4 People - 2 Bedrooms
5 to 6 People - 3 Bedrooms

If less than 5 people, the bedroom type can be selected upon booking (King, Queen or Twin). If you have less than 5 people and would like all rooms to be made available an extra nightly charge will be required.

Further House Rules:

To ensure the house is maintained in excellent condition, the following rules apply:
1. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
2. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
3. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. PENALTIES will apply if the apartment is used for such.
4. Departure
- check-out time is 11.00am
- the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, including dishes cleaned and rubbish removed
- the tenant is obliged to compensate for any damage or loss occurring in the accommodation due to his own fault or the fault of accompanying persons
- Additional cleaning charges will apply where dishes are not cleaned.
- Replacement fees will be charged for unreasonable damage to linen, towels and kitchen items.
- Finger prints and food spillages caused by infants must be cleaned.
- Please note that there is no need to clean bed linen or towels as these will be professionally laundered.
- Keys must be returned to the key lock.
- Disturbance to neighbors, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
- No smoking is allowed in the house
- Security deposit will be withheald for any damage to the furniture / fixtures

We loved this charming vintage home, renovated in a fresh contemporary style set in a central and funky location, Nth Hobart. I loved walking down the hall way which was lit up with the beautiful stain glass front entrance. The three rooms are spacious and great for three single people or more such as us three ladies. Be mindful you have to pay for an additional night to access the third bedroom? The beds in each of the three rooms were beautifully made up & comfy. We truly appreciated the bottle of lovely Tassie wine & gourmet snacks as we arrived quite late on Sunday night from our 3 Capes walk. A thoughtful and classy touch. The place was warm and cosy with the opportunity to have a fire as Emma left a substantial stack of chopped wood. The laundry was also handy as we had been bushwalking for four days and had a limited supply of clothes. Emma provided great suggestions for coffee, cafes & restaurants within walking distance of Emma's place. We tried quite a few of Emma's suggestions and loved them. We really enjoyed walking from Emma's place down to the MONA ferry terminal. Only a half hour stroll all down hill. We caught Uber a few times from various locations within the CBD and only cost around $8.00.A fantastic place and location to stay whilst experiencing Hobart and the surrounds . Emma's place was very nice and clean, and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. Great location and Emma was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with if needed. Would definitely recommend!
