We live in a large, pleasant, clean space, guests have said that the pics don't do it justice.
The room is small, but comfortable. It has a very large, private balcony, amazing for dranks, coffees or sunny day hangs.
The neighborhood is the best in Mtl. We are minutes from everything: grocery stores, cafes, live music from ratchet-ass techno to smoov jazz, boutiques, bikes, records, restraunts and books.
I come from a long line of family who love hosting, and I'm told I'm very good at it :)
Our the apartment has been kept in great shape (uh, by us!), but before that it was refinished and upgraded, with new hardwood floors and paint and it's unusually clean.
There is storage space, an enormous back balcony and the balcony attached to the room you will be renting faces north and south-west. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy a homie chill session, a puff of friendly cheeba, a glass of french red or a frosty bottle of beer.
Guests have access to their room, which includes a private balcony.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook for yourself (except the food of course, we'll let you make those decisions) and or bake me cookies.
There is a dining/sitting area with a table for meals, a chill couch and a stereo (our entire house are big music fans working on radio waves and record selectin') so good sound vibrations are always encouraged (although we don't allow mumble rap). There is a spacious bathroom that is shared with the house, it has a bath and a shower.
Interaction with guests
I come from a long line of hosts, I know how to make guests feel at home. I love people, making them laugh and trading stories, but I understand privacy just the same.
I've been a barber/stylist for 13 years. A good stylist knows how to make peeps feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed.
Taking care of homies is my game.
