There was no AC in the room, but the room had a fan and was cool except few nights when the weather was over 93 degree. There was one issue with towel: I was provided one old and thin large towel which smelled really bad once it got wet. When I asked Fay about extra towels, she said she doesn't provide towels to customers, which I thought was very weird cause 1) most airbnb hosts provided extra towels even with short stays 2) I was staying for 6 nights and one old smelly towel wouldn't be enough anyway. 3) the weather was over 90 degrees. I reloaded the laundry card and washed the towel, but it still smelled bad once it got wet. Luckily, her friend provided another towel, so I was able to use it for a week. Yet, it was not enough cause my fiance was staying in the room for one night, so we had to share one large towel and a small one. Other than the towel issue, the room was very clean, well organized, and located in a safe and quiet area near Columbia. Also, the check-in and out processes were flexible and easy. I will recommend Fay's place for solo travelers!
