The flat is everything it says it is and more. Excellent space for a couple and 4 easy enough. Very nicely equipped and looked after, with great communication from the owner. The location was perfect for us, as we needed to be close to the hospitals at Queens Square and this was literally across the road. Lots of central London within easy reach and would certainly use again.

Wow what a location. A short walk to everything! Clean and lovely apartment for your London adventure!!!!

This is a well appointed apartment located close to Russell Park underground station and to shopping areas. However the apartment is actually in the basement of the building, without any view and even more importantly located right under the main entrance of a youth Hostel. This means constant noise nuisances: during the day with the flow of tourists trailing their suitcases and at night with groups of smokers talking and laughing. This is not pleasant and I do not recommend this apartment.

Great location - 5 minute walk from the Underground, restaurants nearby. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Everything looks like the pictures. Cheryl was extremely responsive to my questions. Perfect for 2-3 people; the couch was too small for my tall teenage boys, it's perfect for one person. Good experience and place.

This flat was clean and well-located, but it was in the lower level / basement and noisy, despite the description. We opened the windows to get air on 4 warm nights, and each night we heard people until 2 a.m. noisily hanging out on the sidewalk above us. These were people staying at the next door hostel above ground. It was hard to get to sleep. Then in the morning between 7 and 9 am, a small, noisy crowd would again appear as they prepared to leave the hostel. Their cigarette smoke filtered in our windows. My family and I feel that this flat is overpriced because of this noise. This is the current description of the flat on the site: "If you are looking for a central buzzling neighborhood but a quiet relaxing home to sleep, this flat is for you." Unfortunately, it was NOT quite and relaxing, and it was difficult to get to sleep at midnight(URL HIDDEN)Also, my son found that the wifi was extremely slow and it disconnected frequently. The flat is clean, the owner seems nice, and the general location is great. It's too bad it's noisy till 2 a.m. and again at 7 a.m.

Great location and within walking distance of Covent Garden / The West End / Soho etc. and public transport links for getting further afield. Being a basement flat you do get a bit of noise off the street, but not so much that it disturbed our sleep. The flat was spotlessly clean and Cheryl communicated well and allowed us to drop our bags off when we arrived even though it was before the scheduled check in. We'd stay here again, thanks Cheryl

I have been living in London for many years now and love this amazing city!

Some of my most loved travel destinations are Nepal, Ghana, Sri Lanka and Canada's Yukon. I'm not much of a book person, but do enjoy writings by James C. Scott and J.J Rousseau.

As for food, Ethiopian, Korean and Italian top my list!
