Our guests love the comfortable bed! "What a treat! I had never stayed in a new Airstream before and this one is NICE. We arrived to soft music playing in the trailer and chocolates on our incredibly plush and comfy bed." - July 2017 reviewThe Bambi has a cozy table for dining, playing cards, or playing online games using our free Wifi!

A cozy place to crash for a weekend! The camper was clean and comfortable, and my dog and I enjoyed the dock on the river as well. Chris and Mike were warm and welcoming, and quick to fix it when the hot water heater fritzed out temporarily. Can’t wait to stay again next time I’m in Bandon!

What a delightful, peaceful little stop over during our Bandon visit. The little Bambi is clean, smells nice and has lovely simple amenities. Relax to the sounds of a babbling brook and definite look up at the nighttime wonder of brilliant stars. What a pleasant surprise to be just steps from the gentle Coquille River. Loved our morning bike ride, and meeting camp host, Christine. Thank you!!

I loved Christine's little airstream trailer! It was adorable, very clean, and the affordable/convenient accommodations I needed for my quick weekend trip to the coast. The location was great and with her directions, it was easy to find. For one person, it was plenty of space. It might have been a little cramped with 2 people, but I'm sure if my husband had been with me he would have loved it. I didn't mind the shower/bathroom set up, but it is small, so if you're in need of space in the bathroom, just be aware that it is pretty small, and the shower nozzle is hand held. Christine equipped the kitchen with some great snacks and coffee, which was a nice treat in the morning. The bed was comfy and I slept great! My only constructive feedback for Christine is to provide a key to the trailer for guests. You can lock the trailer from the inside while you're in it, but I was there 2 nights, and since Christine doesn't provide a key, she said I could either leave the trailer unlocked all day while I was out (she reassured me that she's never had an issue with theft) or I could lock the trailer during the day while I was out, and then call her in the evening when I returned so she could come unlock it. I ended up leaving it unlocked, because I didn't want to bother her (if I got back too late) or risk that she wouldn't be there when I returned. I had no issue with theft, but I've never stayed in an Airbnb where I wasn't provided a key, and there's no way to know if others took a peek in the trailer while I was out, since she had guests that night in her other 2 rentals. It may not seem like a big deal, but as a female traveling alone, safety and privacy are always on my mind, especially when I'm selecting an Airbnb. Other than the situation with the key, this was a wonderful Airbnb, and I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay in the airstream again on another trip. I didn't get to see inside Christine's other rentals, but they looked very cute, and the property is great!

The Bambi is a compact but cosy and well equipped stay 100m from the water! Christine had everything tidy and ready and we even managed to rent a kayak. Bandon is a few miles away and is a great picturesque spot on the water.

The property was wet all around the area of the trailer. i think it was from a nearby river or stream. There were also mosquitos that we hadn't planned on. The bed was very comfortable, although even smaller than we expected. It was a cool night and so no problem to snuggle. I had a little problem getting in and out and using the facilities, due to my knee problems. Only one of us could move around at a time due to the small space, but it was cute and the host was very nice. i would suggest this place mostly for a single guest. . . .

Our one-night stay in the "Bambi" was one of the memorable experiences of our Coastal road trip. We contacted Christine via Air B and B and she was prompt in responding and welcoming in her invitation to stay. We were traveling with two small dogs, so the arrangement was perfect for us. When we arrived, she had music playing to greet us. The interior was decorated with thoughtful touches such as beachy pillows, lovely toiletries, fluffy, white towels and luxurious bed linens. Simply (URL HIDDEN) was charming, adorable and spotless. Drive to town was easy and only 5 minutes. We picked up a fantastic seafood dinner at Tony's Fish Shack, a bottle of wine at the local store and headed to our cozy space for the night. The location was quiet and lovely. We took an evening walk by the water, in the dark, with the provided flashlight. Also available, were games, flat screen TV, a basket of tasty goodies and a Keurig coffee maker along with our favorite Starbucks coffee. We said goodbye to "Bambi" early the next morning and were really pleased to find the best coffee/breakfast spot, Bandon Coffee Cafe. Excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. And the sweeties...wow! Thank you, Christine, for a memorable stay and for immediately rescuing us when we managed to lock ourselves out!

Our home is in Bandon, Oregon, and we live in the Danish House here in Prosper Village.

I hope you'll choose to stay at one of our vacation houses... we'll treat you like family (like the part of your family that is still speaking to you... just kidding)!
