I'll start with the positive, though I have to say that we were unhappy with this place. If you're looking to entertain, this place is modern and set up to have friends over. There's a considerable amount of space and even some outdoor space.
However, the listing had two items that were not accurate: kid-friendly and breakfast. We book with airbnb for the comfort of home instead of a hotel, and this was NOT that.
When we arrived, there were a number of glass pieces and pieces of her art that were within reach of our child. We had to baby proof all the rooms before we could even sit down. There was a weird-smelling air mattress set up, which made us think that the owner didn't read our booking message that we were bringing an 18mo and a pack'n'play. Had to deflate and move the mattress to set up our son's crib. However, the bigger issue with sleeping arrangements was all the stains. Because the pillowcases and duvet cover were in the dryer when we arrived, we got a good look at the ugly stains on the pillows and comforter. We were never gonna have a good night's sleep after that initial experience. (Also, only two pillowcases in the dryer for four pillows.)
Some of the simplest amenities were missing from our stay: bathroom trash, tissues, hand soap. I had to turn right around and call a lyft to get soap and tissues before we could put our son to sleep. There were no cups?! That was the oddest thing: our son drinks from small plastic or glass cups, and the only items were wine and cocktail glasses, or unusually tall mugs.
Had the owner kept extras of some simple items and dressed the bed before we arrived, many of the issues would be resolved. Definitely needs to remove "kid-friendly" and "breakfast" from the list of amenities.
