Only a 3 minute walk from the Bus stop to Boston. Only a 5 minute walk to the Merrimack River, with a "River walkway."
In between the three hospitals, CMC, Elliot Rivers Edge and the original Elliot.
Less than a 10 minute walk to the Fisher Cats Stadium
A minute walk to the Concert Arena.
A 3 minute walk to the Radisson Hotel for conferences - and much sweeter than the concrete hotel.

I host in the home I live in. I also host a unique one bedroom flat in the Historic Section of Manchester New Hampshire. "The Mill Flat" built in 1850 was used to house America's Industrial Mill workers; Immigrants who manufactured goods from water power on the Merrimack River. It has character, space and charm. I recently purchased it and the pictures will be updated with my new furnishings and minimal decor before June. I live in a 3,000 square ft home in central Bedford, NH close to the Town hall with easy access to 101 and seven minutes from MHT airport. There are three bedrooms which are available for short or long term rentals. One is downstairs with a private shower. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom with two sinks, only when both are booked, but I try to only book one at a time. There is a back up Master bathroom, so there is never a wait - and both bathrooms are always very clean. The whole house is yours to utilize with a formal dining, three separate living spaces, a basement with table tennis and a pool table, an office and a brand new kitchen if you rent the room/s. The house is on a hill so a good car with snow tires or all wheel drive is a good idea in the winter. I am at the gym mostly at night or reading - it's peaceful here on a acre surrounded by woods, but close to everything. I'm not a neat freak but I like clean floors and bathrooms. I ask that guests be mindful of noise: go easy on door handles; gently open and close doors - and have loads of FUN!!!
