Excellent communication, easy check-in, a cozy apartment in an impossible-to-beat location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Zoie was a phenomenal host! She left us notes all around the apartment explaining how certain things worked, and even drew us a map for parking. We couldn't have asked for a better host and home to stay in while in D.C.

Zoie and Jacob's apartment is beautiful and comfortable in central part of Washington DC. Both hosts went above and beyond to make our arrival and stay stress free with quick responses, and notes around the apartment. 10/10 would stay here again.

Zoie and Jake's place was just great! Although right off the bustling area of Dupont Circle, it was quiet and a bit secluded, so I didn't feel like I had to hear the activity day in and day out. I loved the walkability to so many great restaurants and shops as well as the Metro! Zoie was great about communication and their flexible check in/out times were very appreciated. I would definitely stay here again next time I have a solo trip to D.C. I would highly recommend!

The house is very comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and with many options for dinning, transportation is very easy. Highly recommend for everyone, but you have to love cats

This place is little tucked away from Dupont Circle. But it is very easy to find. Zoie and Jake ironed out everything and left notes to make our stay carefree. Walking distance from metro station and a lot of restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here for my first visit to Washington- it was absolutely wonderful! The place itself is really tidy, and has a great aesthetic and energy to it. In addition, Zoie's location is really convenient- the metro is less than a 5 min walk away (with the commute to National Mall about a 20-30 mins) and local cafes and shops are around nearly every corner. But despite all this, I find the best part of staying here was how hospitable and accommodating Zoie was as a host. She wasn't there for my stay but was very reachable nonetheless. She is even sending over a pair of glasses my friend had forgotten there!

Hi, I'm Zoie! I'm an environmental scientist in our nation's capital. I like to attend local farmers markets (and eat all of the free samples), travel around the world (next destination is Baja), and find green space in D.C.! Currently reading All the Light We Cannot See.
