The space

The location is absolutely brilliant to take advantage of all that Subiaco offers along with being central to all the very best of Perth.

A small complex of 8, which is very quiet and secure with security grills to all windows,

Bedroom has reverse cycle aircon, queen size bed, lamp, clock.

Bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Complimentary toiletries.

Living area with large chaise lounge, 50inch plasma TV, Apple TV, glass top 4 seat dining table and rev cycle air con. Laptop table.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside courtyard area with BBQ and outdoor seating

Off street parking bay can be made available on request.

One room of the house is private and not for guest use.

Self check in is available or if required and with prior notification I can be available for check in and check out.

Perth is my home and I have lots of knowledge of what to do and where to go for those travellers outside of Perth.

Other things to note

Subiaco is right on the doorstep of the Perth City Centre and it's Museums, Perth Arena, Perth Convention Centre, Elizabeth Quay, His Majesty’s Theatre, Art Gallery, State Library and Forrest Chase.

The beauty of Kings Park is within 5 minutes walking distance.

The fashionable shopping precinct of Claremont Quarter is just 10 mins drive or train ride away.

There is a local Farmers Market every Saturday morning, 3 minutes walk up the road.

Child friendly park with playground facilities 2 min walk around the block.

15 minutes from the best beaches in Perth – Cottesloe, City Beach, Floreat and Swanbourne

15 minutes by train to historic port city of Fremantle.

Essential to Subiaco is Domain Stadium – home to AFL, Concerts and Sporting events.

In addition you have easy access to almost all of the sporting venue - Bendat Basketball Centre, HBF Stadium, Rugby WA, WA Athletics Stadium.

Subiaco and the close surrounds are the location of a number of hospitals and specialists medical facilities including but not limited to:

Lovely place with plenty of space for both of us and great location. The place feels very welcoming from the start with all amenties you may need. Greg was a great host, with good communication regarding the booking and check-in etc. Added bonus of toiletries and tea/coffee bits. Only down-side is that the place doesn't seem to get much natural daylight but not really an issue if like us you were out most of the daytime anyway! Overall an excellent place to stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Greg's unit is very comfortable with every amenity required for short or long stays. The heating at this time of the year an absolute plus. Easy communication with Greg my trip went smoothly. Recommended to others and would stay again when in Perth

Great location to access both the city, Kings Park and rail links to get to Fremantle. Shops and restaurants were in walkable distance. Greg was great at communicating and fixed the WiFi connection quickly when it initially wouldn't work. I would recommend as a base to explore Perth.

Greg's apartment was all we needed and more. Being able to walk everywhere was great. Loved the Farmers Market, walking through Kings Park, local cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Domain Stadium. To cap it off the Dees won. Will recommend to friends. Great coffee and breakfast at Brew Ha, wine and shared platter at Juanita Wine bar and great lunch at Fantastico Italian restaurant. Only a 30 minute walk to he City. Close to train service to Fremantle and Perth. The apartment had all we needed.
