The flat is OK and clean. We were grateful for the use of the other bed, because due to a sore throat and cold, we were having a snoring crisis. :-)
The big letdown came when we discovered the cleaning instructions (2 full pages of them) on the fridge door. We are in no way fluent in French, so we did not understand all of them totally at the time, until we, days later, got a French friend translate them. It turns out that you were supposed to use (according to the instructions) from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to clean the flat although a cleaning fee was charged, too. So if you want to stay here, be prepared to spend the above mentioned time vacuuming and washing the floor, scrubbing the bathroom, bath, toilet, and the kitchen and, as we learned after the translation, polishing the chrome legs of the bar stools.
OK, of course, a host can set any rules he/she likes but it would have been only fair to tell about them in advance in the Airbnb listing.
Also the listing states that there is an on-the-premises parking. There isn't. There is a free parking in the street in the front of the building. We didn't have to park far during our stay, but it would have been nice to know, because it is also an issue of vehicle safety. We know that Airbnb doesn't give an option like “good street parking”, so the option chosen in the listing is closer to the truth than the opposite, but the hosts could have clarified this in the flat description.
The price of the flat is reasonable, so we are not complaining. It would just have been nice to know in advance.
