***500 SQUARE FEET (46 square meters): 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with all the essentials plus great amenities, meticulously cared for by owner.
(***More than 2 guests MAY be tight, so please take note of unit size before booking, to ensure a comfortable stay.)
Secure card access entrance through concierge staffed lobby.
BUILDING AMENITIES*: Located on a separate lower floor - Indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, outdoor space, business center, community space.
(*Some amenities may be unavailable during your stay due to routine maintenance and repairs, I will do my best to provide the most updated information.)
OPTIONAL PARKING: COMPACT parking space in a secured underground garage available for additional $40/stay (bargain for downtown!). This will be collected upon arrival and check-in. (Garage has a 6'4" vertical clearance)
LOST ACCESS CARD & KEY FEES: Our building requires access cards for secured entry - $100 lost access card and $50 lost key charge, if any of these items are misplaced by renter.
Interaction with guests
I will personally meet, check you in and out to ensure I can answer all your questions and trouble-shoot any issues. (I am a total foodie and can also direct you to some of our favorite restaurants!)
CLEANING FEE: $80/stay will be collected upon arrival and check-in.
Other things to note
CONDO ASSOCIATION REQUIREMENTS: 6 night minimum stay, criminal history background check and document requirements are set by our condo association. I will be sending these documents via E-mail for review and signatures as part of the booking process.
OPTIONAL PARKING FEE: $40/stay collected upon arrival and check-in to use secured COMPACT parking space. (Garage has 6'4" vertical clearance)
NOISE: Sights and sounds of any downtown area can be exciting and also unavoidable. Ear plugs are provided for anyone sensitive to these noises.
CONSTRUCTION: Our downtown area is continuously growing, so construction is inevitable. There may be added noise during daytime hours.
NO CENTRAL A/C: Our Seattle climate is usually cool and comfortable, but for rare warm summer days, a small portable floor A/C unit is available in addition to circulating fans.
NO SMOKING: $200 if smoking detected at check-out
> AFTER BOOKING, current contact information will be required for a criminal history background check as part of our condo association policy
> STANDARD RENTAL AGREEMENT will then be sent electronically to finalize the process
> CLEANING FEE: $80/STAY to be collected upon arrival/check-in
