Recently refreshed, the vintage furniture pieces and art mingle with carefully chosen new pieces, adding to the authentic charm. Updated electrical, plumbing and fixtures ensure you have a carefree stay. Hop on the Expo line to get to restaurants, cafes and bars in Culver City. Or stay home and enjoy the large private yard with comfy seating, fire pit and gas bbq. And yes, we (usually) accept your dog too! The property is fully fenced for your privacy.
-The master bedroom has a king bed with a high-end Tempurpedic brand mattress.
-The second and third bedrooms have comfortable queen beds.
-The living room includes a brand new couch which can convert into a queen bed (firm mattress fans will love it!).
-Open-concept living room/dining room with adjacent kitchen area.
-Dining table which seats up to 7 or 8 (bring over the two wood armchairs and a stool from the living room to seat 8).
-Living room has a 40" TV (no cable TV, you're welcome to connect your own devices).
-Kitchen is stocked with all the basics like olive oil and all basic utensils and pots/pans/plates for cooking and serving. Includes a dishwasher to make clean-up easier. Also includes a blender, a microwave, a coffeemaker and a Kitchen Aid mixer.
-Central air conditioning and heat.
-Private off street parking for one car (or two small cars)
-Iron, hair dyer, hangers, towels
-While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will ensure at the beginning that the bed is clean and ready for eveeryone's arrival. We will have extra bed linens and towels for use should you need them.
If you are here to work, the dining room offers a large comfortable workspace with WIFI.
Our space is a private home with private entrance and yard. You may hear the neighbors dog's bark, their television or music or the ice cream truck pass by - this is a vibrant, urban neighborhood full of life yet is still peaceful and calm.
We love the diversity of the neighborhood and the easy access to Downtown, Culver City, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and more. You are minutes from Culver City's delicious restaurants, fun bars and shopping. Look into Culver City's weekly farmer's market for a fun destination on Tuesdays. The Wellington Square Farmer's Market is open from 10 am to 3 pm on Sundays.
Grocery stores are easy to access as well, with a Ralph's on Jefferson and Rodeo, as well as a Superior Supermarket. Culver City boasts options such as Sprouts and Trader Joe's.
The property is close to the 10 freeway. Los Angeles public transportation is accessible - via the train three-ish blocks from the La Brea Expo Metro station or a bus on Jefferson or Adams. The use of a car in Los Angeles is highly recommended.

1) We are dog friendly, so if you are bringing a pet along please let us know.
-Please bring a pet bed for your pet, and ensure they do not sit on the bed or furniture.
-There is $25.00 pet fee per night to account for the additional cleaning and de-furring.
-Please be very sure to clean up after your dogs. Dog poop removal will incur an additional $50 cost. Please dispose of poop in the black garbage cans in the driveway in a closed plastic bag.
-There is a REQUIRED PET DEPOSIT of $295 to ensure your dogs good behavior and supervision by you during your stay, as well as cover any damage caused indoors or out. It is refunded after your stay if there is no damage. And be sure to read our Pet Policy and ask any questions you may have.
2) CHECK IN is 4 pm, CHECK OUT is 11 am. Check In is easy, as you will be provided with a keypad code. The code will be activated at 4 pm the day of your check in. Please understand that we'd love to be flexible but we need to make the property available for the next guests.

Welcome! You have access to everything in the home and the yard. You will not have access to the Garage.
We want to make sure that our guests are comfortable. If you would like recommendations or tips on the area we are happy to help, otherwise we will leave you the privacy to enjoy the space as if it were your own. I am available via phone or text during your stay in case you need anything or have any questions.
West Adams is a fun and vibrant part of Los Angeles! Visit the Shipping Container shopping area at the Gateway at Adams and then drop by Delicious pizza for some, well, delicious pizza! Check out the Gallery across the street from the Pizzeria!

Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. Smoking in the home or yard(without our explicit authorization is a serious infraction and we enforce those violations).
We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.
- While the WIFI is fast and reliable through Sonic and we will do everything in our power to resolve any issues, we cannot guarantee uptime and will not make refunds for internet connectivity issues.
-Please be mindful of water and power consumption, given the drought in California. Please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the property.
Well behaved pets are welcome. We love taking our doggies with us when we travel. However, we also must keep things quite clean for our guests that don't have a pet, and don't want to get covered in animal hair. Therefore, we kindly request that you do NOT allow your dog on any of the furniture, including the bed.
Please understand that if your pet is allowed on any of the furniture, there is an additional $350.00 fee added to your stay so we can have the furniture steam cleaned before our next guest arrives. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
We want to keep on allowing dogs to stay, and we appreciate very much your respecting our pet policy. As well, if you leave the dog unattended in the yard or house, please crate the dog or take him/her along with you. Please also ensure doggie doesn't bark or whine. I'm sure you understand how frustrating it is for the neighbors! If you are going to need doggie day care, we have some great recommendations - Eco Dog on Pico and Fairfax is amazing! And if you have any questions or concerns about traveling with your dog, please ask!

This house is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Please note that the backyard landscaping is in progress, so while the area is neat and clean - there may be some dry grass during dry periods. The landlord reserves the right to access the garage and backyard (for maintenance purposes) with advance notice. The gardener comes once a week and will access the yard via the locked gates. Let us know if you have a pet and we will ask him to take extra precautions.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
