This beautiful modern flat is close to great transport links, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions like London Zoo and Regents Park. The flat has two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open plan living and kitchen area which also leads onto the balcony with a further seating area. This flat would be a great fit for a group of friends looking for a spacious place to stay close to Central London.

The space

The flat is located in a secure modern residential building on the first floor. As you go through the front door you enter into the hallway. Turning left, you will enter into the spacious living and kitchen area. Or go forward and you will enter into one of the bedrooms. To the left of the bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower. There is also a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
This room is lovely and light due to the large french windows which open up into the balcony area with a table and chairs. This is a great place to sit on a warm sunny day and watch the world go by. The living area has a two comfortable sofas which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. One of these sofas also turns into a sofa bed if you should need it. The large TV has cable channels so you will not be stuck with finding something to watch.

The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are are a variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and high tech kitchen appliances. There is also a large fridge freezer where you will be able to store plenty of food. There are a couple of bar stools at the kitchen island which is a perfect place to sit at and have your breakfast.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom is very spacious. There is a large king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. This room is lovely and light due to the large windows and the mirrored wardrobe which reflects light around the room. The second bedroom is also a good size and has a comfortable double bed. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings away. Both beds will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen.

BATHROOMS
The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has a large bath with a shower attachment, as well as a separate walk in shower, toilet and basin. The second bathroom which is just a short walk away from the second bedroom and opposite the entrance to the main living area has a walk in shower, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.

Interaction with guests

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be

No hot water but just lukewarm. Having informed the host and fixed, it is still like lukewarm. Neighborhood is hip but very noisy in the evening. However the room is clean and spacious. Location is super good, just one minute walk from Chalk Farm Station. The host is very responsive.

Very nice, clean, modern apartment close to metro station and Camden markets. Communication from the company hosting was very quick. They also accommodated us at the last minute which was greatly appreciated. Accessibility to this apartment was the main reason we chose it. Travelling with someone who has mobility issues in London can make it a bit of a nightmare. This place was great as it had no stairs and large rooms including standalone showers. Only downside was the noise from the street which does go into the early hours. Something that's beyond the control of the owner/manager however those staying should just be aware. Everything else was perfect and thanks again for the accomodation.

This was a lovely flat! We had a great time. The flat is really handy and close to the station and to Camden market, which meant it was a bit noisy at night (especially because we were really lucky and had lovely weather meaning we had to sleep with the windows open). However, this did not spoil our fun! There's plenty of space and a lovely balcony to watch the crowds going up and down Chalk Farm road. The people looking after the flat were really good and were going to check us in earlier. However there was an issue with the lock, which to their credit they sorted out very efficiently and kept me updated at all Tunes! Definitely recommend and in fact, we would have liked to rent it again next time we go to London, but sadly is not available.

Great size flat especially for a central London Pad, huge bathrooms and large bedrooms. The flat is in a great area, right in the hustle and bustle of Camden Lock/ Chalk Farm and round the corner from the greenery and quaintness of Primrose Hill. As the flat is so central it can be a tad noisy at night with passing traffic and party goers in camden, but not unbearable. However, it does not really feel like an AirB andB experience/flat, more of a serviced Apartment. I think to improve the experience it would be good to make the lounge more homely. More cushions, throws etc, pictures on the walls-pls note the photo of the lounge on AirB and B does not accurately represent the real image of the lounge- A lot of the furniture in the lounge has changed or is missing. I would recommend the apartment and would consider staying here again.
