This is a cosy wee cottage, on the edge of a working farm steading. Centred on a snug sitting room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The kitchen opens on to an enclosed garden. The cottage is idyllically set, nestled at the foot of Ben Vorlich, and 100 yards from Loch Earn. The Loch has gravel shores and permit fishing is available. The location is ideal for access to hill-walking golfing and fishing throughout Perthshire and the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. WIFI in place.

The place was beautiful, it's old and has character and despite being on a farm you feel completely isolated. Really perfect for being out in nature and a good location to explore from. Perfect for four adults and could easily host more.
