Apartment full of historical charm in Schriesheim: loft apartment featuring private bathroom an balcony in the old city in the center of Schriesheim. Behind you are vineyards and mountains. You will love my accommodation for the historical ambience, generous terraces, and the luxury fixtures and fittings. Our loft is perfect for pairs, singles, business trips and families.
This historical house was built in 1682 and was newly renovated from the ground up between 2014 and 2016. It has been regenerated, and is now as-new throughout. The loft is 61.7 m2 , and features a stylish mix of modern and antique furniture. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, four-burner cooktop, refrigerator and microwave. There is also a kettle, coffee machine and toaster, glass, and dining ware are provided. A large, six person wooden dining table separates the kitchenette from the lounge area which has 2 designer lounges and a glas table. The sitting area has a large flat-screen television. Next to the sitting area is a big double box-spring bed. A wardrobe is provided. The loft has underfloor heating and balcony runs the length of the loft - so that it is flooded with natural light during the day, and offers views of the courtyard and the beautiful timber-framed house. Adjacent to the loft is a roofed terrace while the roof-terrace is directly above the loft.
I am happy to arrange extra beds (90 x 200 cm) as well as a childrens bed (70 x 140).
As a guest, you can use the 50m2 rooftop terrace with the lounge furniture, 6-person dining table and barbecue. From the terrace, you can see the vineyards and the mountain and the castle. One floor down, you will find the rooved balcony which is also free to use. In the building’s courtyard, you will find laundry facilities. In the 2nd floor, you will find our Honesty Bar for you to enjoy.
