Apartment is well located, 3 mins walk from the L train (12 mins to union square). Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Tv did not work (no aerial or remote for amazon stick), there was no iron as described which I had specifically asked for. The walls were scuffed all over the dining/kitchen area. I could not get hold of the hosts for the duration of my stay (still no iron!) Generally a lovely apartment and served us well for 3 days but was let down by a number of annoyances. This was the most expensive Airbnb trip I have done and for the price I expected much better.

Richard's apartment is exactly as advertised. It's also in great location- close to many restaurants and public transportation.

Very nice, comfortable and clean apartment. It is hard to find nice place like that one in NY. Thank you!

This is a great place while you are in New York. It is located in a very nice area and very close to the L line. We were very happy in this place and recommend this apt for sure

I traveled to New York with a few friends for the weekend. This place was very clean and convenient. It is also a spacious unit for a small group of friends. The only thing that I would note is that the walls are a bit thin so sound travels easily through this unit and the unit downstairs. The host and the unit were great so I would definitely recommend.

The unit was comfortable but small - much smaller than the 1500 square feet it was advertised as. The kitchen was modern and functional, but sparsely populated with the necessary cook ware / utensils to really COOK. Also, the white walls in the kitchen / living area were dirty. Lastly, the 50 inch TV was completely missing from the unit (apparently stolen by the previous tenants) -- which was challenging with our four kids. The owner was apologetic about this, but didn't offer a solution. This was quite disappointing. The location of the unit is great - street parking was good (just watch for signs) and lots of restaurants, markets and things to do within walking distance.

This apartment is in a great location. And it has a very large common area. We only stayed 3 nights. But, despite the description that this was a whole house and boasting about the 50" large screen tv, neither was accuarate. In fact, there was no tv at all. And Richard ignored my pleas to provide one, but acknowledged there wasn't one at all. This is not a whole house either. We were in a second floor apartment with no access to the rear yard. Also, there was no artwork on the walls as shown in the photos. The most unnerving issue was finding the smoke detector in a kitchen closet with a bunch of grocery bags. Lastly, bring your own towels and sheets. The sheets were so light that they ripped on night 1 and the towels were dingy.
