We arrived in the middle of the night and had absolutely no issue getting in. We were well cared for throughout our stay, and the apartment and complex were both very much as described. The only two downsides were as follows: 1) Our apartment had a STRONG smell of mildew. It was very clearly coming from the master bathroom. To be fair, we did not raise this with Alykhan, as we figured there was little he could do during our stay, but the smell was very strong and unpleasant. 2) Though advertized as including Internet, the wireless was down for about half of our week-long stay. Since this was a large part of why we paid for such an expensive place, we were very disappointed about this. We communicated a couple of times that the Internet was not working, but it never got fixed. Now, this is east Africa, so it's not necessarily the Alykhan's fault, BUT, if you advertise a service you either need to provide it or issue some sort of credit, which we asked for and was not granted.
