Our home is situated on a quiet hilltop street between Echo Park and Silver Lake. Relax on the private balcony overlooking downtown Los Angeles or enjoy spectacular views of the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood Sign from the rooftop patio. 2 & 5 Freeway, near Glendale, Burbank, Los Feliz, Hollywood and Atwater.
This modern 1500 sq ft, 2 bedroom + loft townhouse can comfortably sleep 5 people (and an Aeorbed for an additional 2 guests). There is one bedroom with a California king bed, a bedroom with a brand new queen memory foam bed, and a loft bedroom with a new twin memory foam bed. Rooms feature ultra comfy quality linens and towels for bathing. On site there is a 42" flat screen with Apple TV, Wii, free high-speed cable wifi, (No cable) and a fully functioning kitchen.
The home has hardwood floors, beautiful rugs and modern comfortable furnishings with designer touches. The kitchen is equipped with quality pots and pans and all the utensils one needs to prepare a gourmet meal.
We are just 5 minutes to either Sunset Junction or the Silver Lake Reservoir. The Junction is a walkable section of Silver Lake that has some of the best boutiques, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the city. The Reservoir is one of my favorite places to hang out in L.A. There is 2.2 mile jogging loop, an outdoor basketball court, a playground for the kids, and a beautiful new meadow. The meadow is a great place to have a picnic with friends, lay out, or even practice yoga.

You'll have access to entire townhouse, but the lower studio and garage is not part of the listing.

-No smoking in or around the home.
-No smoking on the balconies or front porch.
RING: there is a Ring Doorbell camera on the front door. This is used for security to monitor the exterior porch area around the entrance. The doorbell does not chime inside the unit. Instead, an alert is sent to my phone. There are no other cameras inside or around the unit.
-No professional or amateur filming/photography, entertainment staging, productions of any kind.
-No loud music after 10:00pm
-No lit candles at anytime
-Children are accepted and welcomed, but any damage they cause will incur a fee.
-Any damage to furniture, carpets, walls, equipment etc - incur a repair/replacment fee, or dry cleaning expense, at our discretion.
-No Parties (unless prior consent is given).
When you leave, the following must be complete in order to receive your security deposit back:
1. Any items damaged during the stay must be disclosed. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
2. All dishes/utensils/pots/pans should be left clean.
3. All trash should be removed from the bathrooms and kitchen trash cans and placed in bin located behind the complex.
4. All perishable food purchased by the guest must be removed from the refrigerator before checkout.
5. All doors and windows must be locked. The security deposit may be forfeited if doors/windows are left unlocked or the unit is not vacated within 30 minutes of the agreed upon checkout time.
All guests are technically paying for a 30 day stay regardless of the number of days initially used, with the unallocated days to be used at a future time, pending approval from the host. This meets the requirement to comply with the City of LA regarding rentals of less than 30 days.
Additional cleaning every 7 days for guests staying 7 days or more at $175/cleaning and will be requested prior to your check-in via the AirBNB system.
