L’appartamento viene consegnato immacolato. Se vi sono dei piccoli danni vi saranno mostrati al check-in. Vi preghiamo di controllare l’appartamento durante la fase del check-in. Il responsabile check-in è l’unico incaricato a prendere nota di eventuali danni extra, durante la fase del check-in. Una volta terminata la fase del check-in qualunque danno non segnalato nella fase del check-in vi sarà addebitato e detratto dal deposito cauzionale. Non si accettano segnalazioni di danni dopo la consegna della casa. Per check-out in fretta, o per check-out in orari fuori dai nostri orari standard, ci riserviamo 48 ore per segnalazione di eventuali danni. Se nessun danno viene arrecato vi sarà restituito il deposito cauzionale dopo 48 ore o comunque entro i termini stabiliti dalla banca emittente della carta di credito..

L’appartamento viene consegnato perfettamente in ordine e pulito e igienizzato. Si prega la gentile clientela di tenerlo pulito durante tutto il soggiorno. Prima del check-out l’appartamento deve essere lasciato nelle condizioni in cui ve lo abbiamo consegnato. Al check-out è severamente vietato lasciare nell’appartamento sporco e disordinato per esempio con utensili da cucina sporchi, sacchi di shopping, bottiglie di vetro, immondizia, pavimenti e pareti sporche, porte sporche etc. La cucina deve essere in ordine e tutti gli utensili puliti. Se ciò non verrà fatto vi sarà applicata una penale da minimo 50 euro a massimo 300 euro che verranno detratti dal deposito o richieste in cash.

Se desiderate servizio di pulizia extra lo potete richiedere al check-in. Il costo per ora è 20 euro.

Il rumore è vietato dopo le 21.00 all'interno dell'appartamento e nelle comuni aree condominiali.

ARIA CONDIZIONATA

Si prega di spegnere l'aria condizionata o riscaldamento, luci, tv ed elettrodomestici quando uscite dell'appartamento onde evitare sprechi di energia elettrica e per rispetto dell'ambiente Non utilizzate l'aria condizionata o il riscaldamento con le finestre aperte. Se è necessaria l'aria condizionata o il riscaldamento chiudere sempre le porte e le finestre.

PULIZIE
Lasciate l'appartamento in una condizione pulita e ordinata, e tutti i mobili e gli elettrodomestici al suo posto originale. Pulire sempre gli utensili della cucina e al check-out assicurarsi che siano tutti puliti. Se verranno lasciati sporchi sarà applicata una sanzione di 40 euro.

Tutti i rifiuti devono essere separati. Vi sarà mostrato il deposito immondizia presente nelle aree comuni.
Separare rifiuti organici dai materiali riciclabili (carta e cartone, plastica, vetro e metalli, pile, farmaci e rifiuti pericolosi, ecc..) lasciarli separati in borse di plastica ben visibili. Utilizzare il bidone in cucina per gli scarti di cucina e rifiuti organici . Se si ha un’esigenza particolare dettata dalla presenza in famiglia di neonati o anziani fatecelo presente.

LE CHIAVI

Vi verrà consegnato un mazzo di chiavi. Qualora ne richiedete due fatecelo presente prima del vostro arrivo.

Si prega di avere particolare attenzione:

- Se le chiavi vengono rubate o perse devono essere segnalati immediatamente a noi. Le spese per la sostituzione delle chiavi, riassegnazione o emergenze comporterà il pagamento di un minimo di 250 € che vi verranno addebitati dal deposito cauzionale.
- Non lasciate le chiavi nella serratura quando si è all'interno dell'appartamento. Se vi dimenticate di loro lì, si blocca la serratura, e dovremo chiamare il fabbro e vi verrà addebitato l'intero costo di riparazione, più un supplemento di 40 euro per mandare qualcuno a farvi aprire.
IMPORTANTE:

Il check-in inizia alle 14. 00 e check-out è entro le ore 10:00.

Late check-in: si prega di essere sicuri di organizzare il late check-in prima del vostro arrivo, se si prevede di arrivare presso l'appartamento dopo le 19.00 verrà addebitato un supplemento di 25 euro. The apartment is delivered immaculate. If there are small damages, these will be shown at check-in. Please check the apartment at time of check-in. To check out early, or to check out at times outside our standard times, we reserve 48 hours to report any damage. If no damage is done you will be refunded of the security deposit within 15 business days or within the time limits established by the bank issuer of the credit card.
The apartment is delivered in perfect order, clean and sanitized. We ask guests to keep it clean throughout the stay. Before checking out, the apartment must be left in the same status as it has been delivered. Upon check-out it is strictly prohibited to leave the apartment dirty and messy for example with dirty kitchen utensils, shopping bags, glass bottles, garbage, dirty floors and walls, dirty doors etc. The kitchen must be in order and all the utensils clean. About the WASTE

THE KEYS

By writing this, I knew I might received defamatory personal attack on me or a highly negative review as “reward”(according to those guest whom did not leave complete nice words as feedback). However I would still like to share my objective point of view with you and I hope my “risk” would be deserved to be carefully weighed for your future journey. There were few points would be presented here, they were relatively long. But the truth would not come out without significant details. First of all there was an accident happen in the afternoon of Jun 12th 2017 after 20 minutes we got in the apartment. I was walking out from the master bedroom to the bathroom. On my way to the bathroom, (I was at the corridor already, not in the bedroom) I heard an almighty bang from the master bedroom. I was shocked then I straight back to the room to check out what was happened. I saw there was a oval mirror that lay on the ground with a crack on its frame. As I remember it was placed on the top of the cabinet and leaning on the wall. Therefore I checked the wall immediately to see if there’s anything happened to the wall that cause the mirror to fall. However, the wall seems totally fine, but I was surprised to find out that the oval mirror was free standing in a complete unstable position, which is just leaning against the wall on top of a cabinet. It had not been fixed on the wall with any nail or any other kind fixture. Back then, I recalled that when I was walking around in the room, the wooden floor was not so firm or tight that it creaked as long as people walk on it. I did not witness while the mirror was falling, but according to my observation, the accident should happen while I was walking out, the the vibration from the loose wooden floor was transmit to the cabinet (the cabinet was right next the door of the bedroom). Because the mirror was free standing in a completely not stable position, therefore the vibration from the cabinet triggered the mirror to fall. Besides this, the cracks on the frame were a good proof of my assumption, because of the vibration causes the oval mirror to lost its balance, so the mirror begins to roll and then hit the ground, and then cracks, rather than the mirror fell to the front to crack the glass. After the accident has happened, I put the mirror on the floor beside the cabinet, and next I went right to asked my wife if she was Ok and not too shocked by the dropping mirror. As a result of I did not communicate with Manuele immediately. Later on, since the mirror was on the side that I did not really notice it, and we have an very intense schedule on the day of leaving therefore I forgot to...

La casa è dotata di ogni comfort. La casa è posizionata molto vicino a CityLife, raggiungibile a piedi in un paio di minuti, e a 300 metri dalla metropolitana M5 e alla efficiente rete di trasporti pubblici di Milano (in mezz'ora al massimo si raggiungono le principali attrazioni di Milano).
