Interaction with guests
As often as you need us to
Other things to note
Best accessible with a high clearance vehicle (not necessary for a 4x4) - it is a 4km gravel road into the mountains. Please contact us prior to arrival to check on accessibility. There have been occasions where guests have driven a small sedan up - but that is dependent on how careful you wish to drive.
Fires only in the braai area - we are farmers who are nervous of veldfires!
It is a solar powered house and there is a USB point available to charge cell phones and smart devices only
Respect the environment and enjoy the scenery and feed your soul
Walk up to the stream and taste the fresh mountain water which flows down to the farm and which ends up making our great beer
We provide 2 bags of wood per booking and 1 box of firelighters. It is recommended to bring extra wood with. There is wood available at the restaurant should you get caught short
Accidents do happen - please inform us if anything is broken so that we can replace it or fix it,
I am a friendly, energetic person who loves meeting new people. My husband, Adrian, and I run Saggy Stone Brewery and our family fruit farm in the Robertson valley. We love the outdoors and the solitude of Namibia when on holiday
