Check in time is from 3pm and check out is anytime before 11am. If you are arriving earlier than this please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate otherwise, Edinburgh Waverley Train Station and Edinburgh bus station have lockers where you can store your luggage for around £8-10.
I may be able to accommodate a later check out than 11am, so please just ask and I will do my best.
***Please note, a security deposit is included in your booking amount which is held by Airbnb. It will only be used in extreme circumstances where damage or loss has occurred - This will be automatically refunded by Airbnb upon check out - I hope that doesn't put you off booking my lovely place*** :-)
The apartment is 1.5 miles from the city centre and is served by a number of buses. All of the following buses can be taken from right outside the apartment - 10, 12, 14, 16, 22, 25 to name a few, going into the city centre and take around 10 minutes (To Princes Street). N22, N16 and N7 fast, frequent and safe Night buses also run directly outside the apartment so you will find it very easy to get around at any time of day.
The entire flat to yourself and access to the rear garden spaces. Either myself or Izel can be there to meet you, but if not there is a key box outside the apartment for 24/7 easy access at your convenience
Interaction with guests
My friend Izel will always aim to meet you in person at the flat to show you around at a time that is convenient, handover the keys and answer any questions you may have. Both of us are always available 24/7 should you need to contact us.
Other things to note
Check in is anytime from 3pm and check out anytime before 11am.
Please note there are stairs and no lift available.
An external security camera monitors the front door.
Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to store luggage within the apartment should you wish to check in early/check out late and I have other guests arriving. An alternative is Edinburgh Waverley Train Station or Edinburgh Bus Station has secure luggage storage facilities for a small fee (around £8). If I have no other guests checking in/out, I'm more than happy for you to store luggage for free.
***Please be aware of the noise being made when entering or leaving the apartment - especially with luggage, as this may disturb my neighbours - and we wouldn't want that now, would we!?*** :-)

Hello, I'm Elliott and I've just finished a 13 month trip around the world following my passion of photography. I've loved immersing myself in others cultures, meeting new people and capturing the worlds beauty. When I'm not travelling, I have a business consultancy in London and prior to moving to London I lived in Edinburgh for 7 years. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about my apartment in Edinburgh or give you any tips on Edinburgh, London or any of the other 42 countries I have travelled to. Cheers!
