It's a medium size room with wide bed suitable for two. It is nord oriented and you don't need air condition in summer. If you are cold there are two electric radiator heaters. The area is calm and residential; there are five supermarkets from the european chains and 24h stores near-by, a fruit market, restaurants, cafes. Free parking places. The connection with the city center is by public buses and microbuses.
It is a room of "Apartment for four :-)or less".
The climate is unique. Ovcha Kupel means - where the sheeps takes a bath. It's because there are mineral springs near-by. Now there is a curative center with open air pools with mineral water.
There is a bus station (Ovcha kupel bus station), where you can take a bus direction Rila Lakes, Rila monastery and to other places in the South-Western regions
of Bulgaria. You can also visit the alpine part of Rila (Borovetc or Maliovitza) from bus station South. You can get there from Jouliot Curie metrostation :)
Shared kitchen and bathroom, if there are guests in "The balcony room".
Interaction with guests
I give space to my guests. I live next door.
Other things to note
Get a two euro day pass for all the Sofia transport and explore:)
Not everybody speaks English in Bulgaria. Our alphabet is Cyrilic, not Latin.
1 euro=1.95583 leva (fixed by the Bulgarian National Bank).
Not everywhere you can pay by card (cash preffered).
Emergency call 112. There is a good hospital in Ovcha kupel, - Bolnitza "Doverie", it is near the peripheral road.

Working for Consultants For Regional Development gives me very nice perspectives to meet new people and implement them to my society.
My mother prof. Marta Sougareva, who is helping me for this Airbnb project, is a professor of Statistics and Demography in Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski". She lives in another area of Sofia.
I am a ski teacher, a driver during the summer and a bit of wind surfer ;)
