Suitable for two or three persons, if you use the sofa. The balcony large and sun baths are possible. The area is calm and residential; there are five supermarkets from the European chains and 24h stores near-by, a fruit market, restaurants, cafes. Free parking places. The connection with the city center is by public buses and microbuses.

The climate is unique. Ovcha Kupel means - where the sheeps takes a bath. It's because there are mineral springs near-by. Now there is a curative center with open air pools with mineral water.
There is a bus station (Ovcha kupel bus station), where you can take a bus direction Rila Lakes, the Rila monastery and to other places in the West and South-Western regions of Bulgaria. You can also visit the alpine part of Rila (Borovetc or Maliovitza) from bus station South. You can get there from Jouliot Curie metrostation :)
Shared kitchen and bathroom if there are other guests in "The cold room".

Not everybody speaks English in Bulgaria. Our alphabet is Cyrilic, not Latin.
1 euro=1.95583 leva (fixed by the Bulgarian National Bank).
Not everywhere you can pay by card (cash preffered).
Emergency call 112. There is a good hospital in Ovcha kupel, - Bolnitza "Doverie", it is near the peripheral road.
It is recomendatory to wash some dishes if you use some, but it's ok if you forget. If you break something, please throw it away in order not to harm your self.
