Set In an area of outstanding natural beauty nestled within the stunning historic Lamberhurst Vineyard.
The deceptively spacious detached chalet bungalow is light, bright & airy. With exceptional views of the large private garden, stretching out over the vines & the rolling Kentish countryside with direct access to miles of public footpaths around the beautiful Vineyard and beyond. Wine produced on site is available to purchase from The Vineyard 17th century country pub next door! and Chapel Down Winery, Tenterden, TN30 7NG who produce the wine.
The kitchen/dining area has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, single built in oven and electric hob. Along with basics like kettle, washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen roll, dishcloths etc.
A large conservatory at the front of the property houses the TV, DVD player & sofas. There is wireless internet access throughout the property.
There are 3 good size bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one on the first floor accessed via stairs, clean bedding is provided (spares available)
There is at least 1 x wardrobe and 2 x bedside cabinets in each room.
The bathroom is located on the ground floor and comprises a shower cubicle, basin and toilet. One hand towel & one bath towel per person will be provided for your stay. (spares available)
The property is oil fired centrally heated.
There is a small shed area to the rear which can be used to house your bikes during your stay.
The large gardens are almost 1/3rd of acre in size, laid to lawn with a table and 6 chairs providing a large area to relax and enjoy. Disposable BBQs can be used - with care.
Guests have sole access to the entire property and gardens. We have 2 vehicular access points to the property, please use the drive located within Lamberhurst Vineyard Park, the other is directly off of furnace lane to the rear of the property.
Our private driveways will accommodate at least 6-8 vehicles, with ample over spill parking for many more within the vineyard.
We have a five bar gate at either entrance, both should be kept closed whilst out & about.
Interaction with guests
I will be at the property to check you in and out, however if I cannot, there will be a lock key box in use. I live locally and am usually available throughout your stay if needed for anything, I am contactable via phone or email for any information required otherwise I will leave you to enjoy in peace and quiet!
Other things to note
We may accept groups celebrating an event, i.e. birthday, anniversaries, Hen & stag groups or just a general family/friends gathering providing the property, our neighbours and surroundings are treated with the utmost respect at all times. These bookings are at our discretion, please check before booking.
We also have 4 single fold away beds available for larger groups. Also there is the option for your own tents to be erected in the garden for an extra cost of £20 per person, per night. Max 6 average size tents. Please ask for details

- No dirty bikes allowed in the property
- No wet or muddy shoes allowed in the property
I am a family lady through and through I have been married for almost 28 years. I love living in the kent/sussex countryside and the freedom that comes with it. As a host I will introduce myself but will leave my guets to enjoy their time in peace and quiet, but am on hand if needed for anything.
