My place is a Spacious and comfortable Manchester City Centre Apartment close to bars, restaurants, shops and transport links. Located 3 minutes from the Hilton hotel/Deansgate Locks (bars/food etc), 10 mins from Piccadilly Train & Bus Station. 20 mins from Manchester Airport.
You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
The apartment has two double-size bedrooms and an open spacious living room/kitchen dining area.
The flat is ideal for travellers and business people as its close to transport links.
It is also great for people who would like to explore Manchester as we are situated in the heart of the city centre.

check-in is 2pm, alternatively if you require an alternative check-in time, please communicate your desired approximate check-in time in advance of your arrival (this avoids any disappointment of arriving and having to wait.

Guests traveling by air to Manchester airport, please confirm your arrival time in advance and re-confirm approx apartment arrival time once in airport baggage reclaim.
Every additional adult OR child over 1 year is considered as an extra guest and does cost just a little extra (please select the correct number of guests).
One parking bay is available situated underground the apartment. On arrival Guests should park temporary on the metered bay situated on the side of the apartment building. On check-in I will provide the parking fob to gain entry/exit to the parking bay. Please only park in the apartment bay (as unauthorized parking attracts clamping & ridiculous fees from the management who constantly monitor).
The key fob provided must be returned at check-out.
Lost/ replacement key fobs are charged at £100
Closest car park: Across the street.
The apartment is heated using electric wall heaters and hot-water is provided through a heated water tank.
Please switch OFF heating when not in use or when your out. Thank-you in advance.

The issue of ‘noise’ and ‘parties’ is a serious one and can negatively impact the stay of fellow guests, we work very hard to prevent it and have liaised with the apartment block management (to tackle it) who already carry out regular nightly patrols. If they are called to your apartment due to a disturbance the fee for this will be deducted from your security deposit, persistent noise and issues could result in you being asked to leave.
We have NEVER yet had to do this, as people respect the RULES.
So please respect our neighbors & our Policy of ‘no parties’ and keep the noise to a minimum after 9 pm on a week night and after 11pm on weekends. We thankyou in advance.
This is a no smoking building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or the communal areas of the building.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, and 1 standard bathroom, Full of everything you'll need to make your stay a warm and relaxing one. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people, with a good size lounge and kitchen-dining area to relax in Ideal for both families and groups alike.
Buses are extremely regular, its around 5-6 minute walk to/from Metrolink tram stop and 10 minute drive to Manchester City Centre.
