I apologize for some of the issues you experienced during your stay. I am the owner, but I have a local rental agency in Destin that I use to take care of our guests. They are the ones that brought you the parking pass. Unfortunately, during your stay it was time for monthly pest control. Those are the only two times staff was in your condo. That is the purpose of the Kaba locks, so they are able to view all entries.
When I spoke to you on the phone the first day, I advised you that to receive all communication to download the Compass Resorts app. That is where your check in information and codes were downloaded to. The pest control notice was sent to that app as well. Again, I have hired a rental agency to take care of my guests. I wish you had contacted them with the issues you had so they could have made immediate repairs. I forwarded this to them and they immediately went to check the condo. They were able to fix the cable box(it was not working and had to be replaced with new one) and glass sliding door. They were unable to duplicate the problems you had with drain and outlets. All were in working order. As for the ice, my rental agency always disposes of all ice in between each stay for health purposes. You are correct, once you check in it does take some time for new ice to be made.
