I never met Anthony, but his rental associate Chiara was quite lovely. Neither were amazing with the airnbn messaging system, but luckily I had local cell coverage to text them.
The flat has three bedrooms, and I was renting one. There were two females living there long-term, one who was invisible. Accessing the bathroom was never an issue. However, a small bar fridge for three people was a cruel joke.
The room was adequate, but way too bright. Lots of traffic noise, that a floor fan or double-paned glass should isolate. All rentals need a fan and blackout curtains IMHO.
The wifi speeds were decent, although my room lost signal all one evening and night. Chiara called the internet provider the next morning.
The area is Little Venice (Maida Vale), due to the narrowboat canals running through it. The canals make for a nice stroll, and several bars and restaurants from onto them. Overall this is a quiet mid-scale bedroom community, with lots of little shops and restaurants. I would happily stay here again, if I had no need to be downtown London, Piccidilly Circus, Soho, etc.
Bus service to everywhere was a half block away, alhough you need to allow 45 minutes to Victoria Station, etc.
