Marguerite's place was really a treat, it is most certainly ideal for both the business traveler or roaming explorer. Marguerite is an outgoing, eclectic and beguiling. Everything you need to vivify your conversation and be captivated with her charisma. Of course you will be given your space if you are so inclined. The accommodation was clean, neat and tidy. Very well presented with the bed exceptionally comfortable. Ideally located for all your needs and without a doubt a stay I will make again.

This was the second time I have stayed here. I have stayed in several Air B&Bs in Christchurch and this is the best. Marguerite is a fabulous host and really makes you feel at home. Clean, central, close to shops and restaurants, quiet and warm. Very comfortable bed. I sleep better than my bed at home. Thanks again Marguerite.

Marguerite was a very welcoming host. It was the little things she did that made my stay amazing. Like turning on the heat in the room before I arrived, communicating well and asking if there was anything I needed. She is a natural host and really made me feel welcome in the house. Her home is nice, clean without a bunch of nicknacks around. A classic Christchurch villa with the high ceilings, interesting stained glass windows and classic architectural details throughout. The house has been modernized and is comfortable. With double glazed windows that block out sound and keep the place warm, a great shower with wonderful pressure. Marguerite also provides a nice breakfast selection of bread, cereals, and real coffee. Little details like your own bar of soap, hand towels, comfortable queen sized bed, high quality linen sheets, cushy pillows, newly painted room and nice carpeting are the details that make this place special. She has a very friendly and non intrusive cat that even a dog person like me liked. Marguerite made me feel like one of the family and I definitely would go back! Thanks again Marguerite.
