I was traveling with family for a brief vacation in LA. Stumbled upon Trevor's place on AirBnb and it was a perfect fit. The apartment is well equipped with everything you'd need to actually "live" in LA. Private patio was a plus, too. The location is pretty central - away from the hustle and bustle of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, The Grove, etc but still a quick drive (about 15-20 min to Melrose - tons of shopping, dining, celeb sightings). Trevor was extremely hospitable! Though we've never met, he'd always made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible from check-in to check-out. Thank you for accommodating us!

The Unit was very modern & clean! Had everything that was listed & was very central to where we needed to be. We had a few minor issues and believe we were one of the first people to rent this unit after it had been renovated so there were a few things that needed to be addressed, but did advise & they were resolved with the owner promptly. There was some renovations going on at the time, but as we were out of the house most days, we did not notice. The laundry had small washers & dryers, so would use a Laundromat next time. The units are right off a main boulevard so traffic was busy most days, but we were aware of this when booking. Would recommend to friends & family. Thanks again Trevor!

We were the first people to stay in this unit after it had been remodelled, so that definitely made it feel very clean. I do know that the owner hires cleaners before and after check-in/out, so that should hopefully maintain its clean and new state. The owner was very understanding and flexible with our plans - we extended our stay twice there. The furnishings are very quality (mostly IKEA) and the construction/interior design well done. Everything is provided! Some Airbnb listings that we've stayed in claimed to be furnished but in reality they barely provided much more than what you'd need to cook Ramen, but not here! This place has everything you'd need to live your normal life, which is what we needed it for. We had moved to the LA area but wanted a long term (yet temporary) place to stay while we found more precisely where we wanted to stay. The internet is blazing fast and I never had any issues with it (which was important for me because I use it for work). There is laundry on site but I never used it, mostly because it is just one washer/dryer, and with 3 of us it was more practical to go to the laundry mat (I recommend Love Laundry on Pico Boulevard - free dryers and very clean). The downsides to staying here: while we were there it was quite noisy with construction as remodelling was still ongoing, however I understood this going into the unit, and it won't be that way always; the other downside was that this building felt like part of the beginning of gentrifying the area. While of course I was happy to stay there, it did seem like the surrounding area was much poorer than anyone staying at this building. I'm not really sure what can be done about that. Overall an A+ place to stay. Highly recommend it.
