We can promise you a fantastic home, in good working condition. I can also offer you that our office will be here to support you through you stay. We will have agents on the phone 9-5 should you need assistance. We will have a 24 hr emergency response in place should you need it. Our professional cleaning crews will have the home fresh and clean for your stay and the maintenance personnel will be on hand if you need minor repairs etc. We can arrange for additional services, reservations, equipment rentals. Or we are here to speak to if you simply have a question for a local on where to hike, dine, find bears etc!

Here is a short list of general rules we ask renters to follow: CHECK OUT IS 10:00 AM. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THIS UNIT AT ANY TIME. Make sure flu is open before lighting a fire. Damper to right is open, left is closed. Please see additional fireplace instructions in condo manual. Please use the garbage disposal lightly; larger items should be put in trash. Please do not flush unnecessary items in toilets, use cans outside. If furniture is removed from its original position, please return it before departing. Never put furniture or flammables near the baseboard electric heaters because of potential fire hazard. Please report any items not working to ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). Parking of RV’s, boats, and trailers is not permitted. Please leave keys on kitchen counter upon departure. The renter is responsible for the replacement cost; $10 per key. Any excessively dirty items in the kitchen should be cleaned. Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Load and start dishwasher upon departure. We will take care of emptying the dishwasher as well as removing any perishables left in the refrigerator. All trash throughout the house should be collected and put into waste baskets or outdoor garbage cans (on ground floor as previously mentioned). Any floors that are excessively dirty should be vacuumed. All of our properties are individually owned and the owners appreciate your respect and care for their personal property. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE—it is hazardous to their existence and to the safety of the neighborhood. Please close and lock all windows and doors and turn off all lights prior to your departure.
