ABOUT THE HOUSE
The living room is casually elegant with stylish and comfortable furnishings including a leather couch, two chairs, and 50” flat screen TV above the white brick gas fireplace.
The kids can have their own space in the playroom with couch, chair, and toy box to keep them entertained.
As fetching as it is functional, the kitchen is outfitted with black granite counters that contrast nicely with crisp white cabinets. Chefs will appreciate the cart-style island and gas range. A gathering place for meals and conversation, the six-person dining table is surrounded by windows. The kitchen bar has seats for three more people.
The back patio features an outdoor couch and chair, as well as two ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer months.
Everyone has privacy with four bedrooms that sleep up to six people. Tasteful, modern décor outfits the first-floor master suite, furnished with a king bed, 39” flat screen TV, and plenty of storage. An en-suite bathroom has gray granite floors, claw-foot tub, and walk-in shower.
Upstairs you’ll find the other three bedrooms, along with another sitting area with couch and chair. Decorated with grays and whites, the second master suite comes with a king bed, tray ceiling, and large closet. French doors lead out to a second-story deck with salvaged-wood privacy wall, two chairs, and a chaise lounge. The en-suite bathroom has a claw-foot tub, walk-in tiled shower, double vanity, and separate water closet.
One guest bedroom has a twin bed and large closet, while the other has a futon. A full bath with claw-foot tub/shower combination and two vanities round out the upstairs.
Amenities include a high-efficiency washer and dryer. Street parking is available.
Shelby Park has something for everyone and is just a 6-minute walk away. The multiuse green space offers wildlife viewing, playgrounds, a dog park, picnic shelters, fishing on Sevier Lake, and two golf courses. And a trip to Music City wouldn’t be complete without seeing the sites of downtown Nashville, like Ryman Auditorium and Broadway, just 11 minutes away.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
