Gorgeous apartment, very clean with great amenities. Loved the central location and restaurant suggestions provided by the host. This is the only place I'll stay in Venice when I come back!

Marco has been an excellent host. It was really easy to commmunicate with him and the apartment was perfect (spacious, clean, really well located). He gave us some good tips to eat and have a drink. Highly recommended

Marco's apartment is lovely and spacious; the neighborhood quiet ( big plus in Venice) and features all the amenities - grocer, produce market, wine and cheese shops, even hardware store ( i prepared dinners at the apartment most nights. Venice restaurants are expensive, often difficult to get into and the quality of the food can be hit or miss). Was nice walking the streets in the morning, passing by children on their way to school, adults getting ready for work. It gave you a feel for the "working city", something you would miss staying near St Marco or the Rialto. And the views out the windows overlooking the canal and bridges were marvelous.

Marco has an amazing place and it was so beautiful. Everything about the place makes the experience of Venice wonderful. His suggestions of restaurants was spot on and we were close to many tourist spots within walking distance but far enough away from any hustle and bustle. Even though the place didn't have AC the weather and cool air at night was completely fine with the doors open. There was a couple mosquitoes that enjoyed us at night but the place was worth it. All the doors opening to the balcony overlooking the canals with gondolas passing by was wonderful. I'd stay again for sure!

Marco was a great host. He even came to find us when we were arriving late in case we were lost and he let us check in after 10pm. He had many large bottles of water and a couple of beers waiting for us. The appartment is just like the pictures and is very clean and roomy. It seems like this place was just renovated recently so everything was new and worked well. If you go to Venice know that they do have mosquitos so it's a good idea to bring mosquito repellant to use at night. We had a great time in Venice and highly recommend Marco's appartment.

What an excellent stay in Venice. Marco was an amazing host, picked us up at the water taxi, and got us settled at the apartment down a little side street. The apartment is right on a canal, and in the mornings we would wake to gondoliers singing as they passed by. Big beautiful French doors open onto a canal. Great experience, the apartment is in a little residential area, but still very close to all the sights and good restaurants and cafes. Marco was very attentive when the wifi didn't work, and got it fixed quickly. One thing I will say, is that you should bring/buy mosquito repellant because of the proximity to the canal there are many if you leave the huge windows open at night - that's nobody's fault, just part of Venice. Overall a wonderful experience and highly recommended!
