Kevin welcomed us with tea on arrival and spent time with us showing us info about the local area and recommending ideas and itineraries for our trip. The house is very new, clean and modern. The room we stayed in had a decent sized very comfy bed and an awesome shower! We had a quiet comfy night's sleep and we made ourselves breakfast in the kitchen from food provided by Kevin.

We had a very good time at Kevin's place. The room is big, with a private shower. The bed is very cumfortable. There is no noise around, it's a very peaceful house. In the room you also have a closed and Kevin will let you some Guiness and water and even chocolate bars :) Like in a hotel! The kitchen is shared with him and his wife. There is everything you need in there, and stuff for breakfast. We also cooked in the evening, we were invited to use the kitchen freely. In the Kitchen there are some guides and documentation about the area. At our arrival we were welcomed by Kevin's mother who is a very nice person and tried to make us feel as cumfortable as possible ! On the second day we met Kevin and hiw wife, who are lovely people too !! It was very pleasant to have a chat with them. About the location, we found it easily with the GPS. It's 10 min away from the ferry to Arran Islands who are beautiful !

Kevin has a very nice and modern house. The room is big, comfortable and also the bathroom is nice. Kevin is a very cool guy, gives you a lot of advices what to do around Connemara and does everything that you feel comfortable. We had nice chats about traveling. We can recomend his room very much. Its an advantage if you have a car because the house is outside of the village.

This was was my first airbnb experience and am so glad to have3 experienced it with Kevin. He was there to greet us on arrival, and had given us (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) coordinates which brought us right to his front door. He went through all the local tourist attractions with knowledge. The bed was extremely comfortable,I slept solid for the 2 nights I was there. The ensuite was perfect. Kevin offered us the use of his kitchen to cook if we needed to. It was great being able to access the kitchen to make a cup of tea/coffee,there was various types of tea available. You help yourself to cereal, toast and tea for breakfast. I would have no qualms staying there again if I was in the area.

kevin let us a warm and frienly welcome. Because of his advices we could do an amazing loup in Connemara National Park. The house was correct, well located between Galway and a Connemara National Park. Good place to take the ferry to Aran Islands.

Very friendly and welcoming. Let us use the kitchen for dinner. Clean home. Comfy bed and lovely en suite.

It was great to meet Kevin on our recent visit to Carraroe, he is a very polite and welcoming host who is happy to help with anything he can. We were only there one night, but it was very comfortable and spacious - exactly as you see it in the photos. Carroaroe is only a small village, but with enough shops and places to eat you should be able to find what you need. As we were travelling by car, we found it a great base to explore the Connemara area and there is loads of things to do if you have the time.
