Bohemian urban loft...with an ethnic flare.
I am glad to share my unique and humble abode as I travel for a few weeks. Located in the Historic Inman Park neighborhood, right on the famous Atlanta Beltline, you will step into a welcoming and open floor plan--warm and creative--with a spacious feel, exposed duct work, and 10-foot ceilings. This space was featured in a commercial shoot for a travel company, the site for fashion/art photography, and the hub of some epic parties! Enjoy the photos!

The space

Art: Most of the artwork you see is from my international travels or celebrated local artists.
Bed: California King bed with specialty mattress "The Bear Mattress". Equipped with graphite foam, memory foam, and eco-friendly materials.
Books: I have quite an eclectic collection of books. Lay on the bean bag or sit outside on the patio and explore topics that catch your fancy.
Projector Home Theater

Guest access

Feel free to use the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, club house, gym, and the pool.

Interaction with guests

I will be traveling to Thailand and India during this time. My lovely co-hosts will manage most of the interaction in Atlanta. I will be available online to accept booking and answer questions.

Other things to note

Enjoy the commerical for a travel company shot in this space, with yours truly and co-host Ndine playing onscreen couple, seen interacting with our on-screen guest. It gives you a very good understanding and visual of the space. Write to me and I can send it to you in message.

Roop's place is awesome and in an amazing, walkable neighborhood. It was very clean and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. The tv projector combined with the huge plush bean bag chair was a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day. There are lots of interesting books and fun decorations from all over the world that made our stay feel like home.

Loved this place. Great location near so many restaurants and the belt line. The complex is nice with a pool and a gym.

Roop's place was absolutely fantastic, even better than pictured! I'm an avid world traveler, and I get the feeling Roop and I would have hours of conversation about far away places (based on the decor that includes art, books, furnishings, and more). Aside from that, the location was cool, we projected movies on the wall, the kitchen was super nice and we cooked a lot, the bed was COMFY (and the room was very nicely decorated), and the bean bag felt like you could sink into it! The balcony was a nice touch too! Overall, SUPER happy with our weekend and I hope his place is always available when I am back in town!

Where to begin. This loft went above and beyond our expectations. It's beautifully decorated, and when you walk in, you feel that Roop is the actual "most interesting man in the world", rather than the Dos Equis guy. There are books and mementos galore, the giant bean bag is basically a cloud you never want to leave, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. It's such a great zen getaway spot. The neighborhood is serene and filled with adorable puppies and the pool is spectacular. I recommend this spot to anyone staying in Atlanta, and thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Roop's place was truly a home away from home. Floors were clean enough to walk barefoot. The place was clean. The king size bed was super comfortable. Climate control had no issues. I chose the balcony for my favorited workspace, but there was also a desk in the living room as well as the complex's commons area. There were no smells. I bought a blow up mattress, but my daughter found the giant bean bag (which is listed as the 2nd bed) to be her own comfortable sanctuary. She slept there every night, so I'll return the blow up mattress for a refund. I'm sure she would have loved for there to be a TV & some cable, but on some nights I plugged my work laptop to Roop's projector screen and Netflixed it. My daughter thought that was the coolest thing. Any guest that needs television should understand that the projector is only optimal at night, and that nightfall during summer isn't until 9ish. It didn't bother us though. Lastly the neighborhood in midtown ATL is a livable, walkable & bike-able, completely gentrified community just outside the downtown area. It has all the cafes, shops and community art, with diverse neighbors walking dogs that should put anyone at home.. The complex has all the amenities you need with swimming pools, fitness & recreation, as well as gated parking deck. And the host has a great team that works together to make sure you have someone available anytime you need something.
