Interaction with guests
I am not available in person, but my boyfriend Josh is available as needed. He will come check on you if needed, or Vanessa upstairs is available.
I try to make this "private" room more of an entire apartment although there is no separate entry.
Other things to note
Parking is available but you must let me know so we can arrange with the other tenants that have cars.
There are people who live upstairs so sometimes you can hear footsteps from downstairs.
Sometimes it can be cold in the basement, extra blankets are available, also you may close the vents if the air conditioning is too much.
