About this listing
Relax after taking in all that Seattle has to offer in this clean and quiet one bedroom with your own private bathroom, located in Upper Fremont. Special bonus -- my dopey golden retriever will welcome you home and see you off each day.
Located on a quiet street just two blocks from Fremont Ave N restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a grocery store and bus lines to take you to everything you could want to see, allowing you to absorb the Seattle experience and also have a respite for when you’re done.
Free street parking. It is generally not difficult to find a spot by the house.
Enter the front door of the house with your own personal door code -- no keys to worry about! This room and its en suite bathroom are on the entrance level of the townhouse so you will have privacy from the main living areas on the upper levels. Upper levels are not open to guests.
Interaction with guests
I am open to as much interaction as you would like. I am happy to leave you to your own devices, else also happy to chat and offer suggestions about fun things to do or see during your stay.
Other things to note
I have a 10-year-old golden retriever named Cooper. Your room will be closed off from him (unless you want his company), but he does lounge around the rest of the house, including the entryway.
The room is on the same level as the home entrance and the garage so you may hear me coming and going.
Please note, the majority of homes in Seattle (including my house) do not have air conditioning. Most of the time you won't need a fan, especially since the room is on the ground floor and the temperatures in Seattle are moderate. However, there is a box fan in the room for those that want to use it.
Check-in is any time after 5pm on weekdays, but may be flexible subject to availability, please check with me in advance.

I'm a young professional living and working in Seattle. I love running around Lake Union with my golden retriever. I enjoy beer gardens and exploring the city through new restaurants.
