A lovely and clean room, it’s the same as the photos. Easy check-in with clear instructions provided. It has all you need but don’t forget to bring along your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is good, lots of night life/ cafes/ massage parlours nearby. Few parking slots provided for both motorbike/ cars.

clean room but many mosquito, no soundproofing next to rooms

Response from Emmy:
As per the House Manual, we instruct guests to keep doors, fly screens/windows shut at all times. This was not followed! When doors are left ajar for long periods when entering and exiting the room, mosquitoes will fly in! Our pest management schedule can only minimise the number of mosquitoes in the property, not complete prevention. The guest was given insect spray as soon as we were notified. Note that this guest also complained that there were "many bars" in the area, although clearly stated that there are "many bars" within walking distance. It's odd to complain about something when it is actually stated as a listing feature. Reading and understanding the listing would have helped...

Emmy's place was a great spot. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of loi kroh rd to relax yet close enough to walk to the night bazaar and a whole host of bars and restaurants. Emmy herself was very responsive to any questions or situations- our shower broke down in the apartment but was arranged to be fixed within 30minutes. I would recommend staying here as I certainly would again! Thanks Emmy. Max

In a perfect location down a quiet road. Yet so close to the main nightlife, bars, restaurants and the night bizarre market. Laundry down the same road, sort of opposite to the accommodation which was good value for money. The room was spacious and a good shower, could be cold at times but overall good and clean. A generous amount of bottled water included which was useful. No breakfast included and we did not get to meet the host, which was a shame. But she was very good at communicating via air bnb messages. Would we recommend and stay again? Yes we would

Response from Emmy:
Thanks for the review, James. We're so happy to have you recommend us to your friends and family. As stated in the listing, breakfast is NOT included and I will personally not be in the property due to work commitments. I will try to make those points more clear to avoid disappointment to future guests. Cheers for the feedback!

It's a great money for value deal. The room it's big and clean and makes you feel comfortable. There is a fridge, air conditioning and every amenity you may need is provided. It takes between 5 to 10 min to walk to the city center, but there is everything you need even in the area. Emmy has been very kind and took good care of us. We had a small issue with checking in as it is a self-service procedure and there had been a misunderstanding. In any case, I guess it was just bad luck and overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Definitely recommended.
