Everything in the room is there for your use: pillows, throw pillows, quality towels, wi-fi, clothes hangers, etc. The front door leads into a large garden area, which is shared with other tenants. Feel free to use the tables, benches and chairs.

Due to work commitments, I won't be available in person. However, you may see me around the property from time to time.
We will provide you with a web-based guidebook on many places where local Thais eat and go. It will also contain what tourists love to see/eat/do when in Chiang Mai. (If you find any new ones let us know so we can add them for future guests!) Let us know if you have any questions before or during your stay!
