Welcome to this wonderful condo nestled into the heart of Tahoe!

With multiple major mountains nearby, two downtown areas to choose from, and the lake itself a mile away, there is plenty to see and do while visiting in this central location of North Lake Tahoe!

This listing has a unique offering of a private sauna attached to the master bathroom. It is also the end unit next to a nice open communal lawn, and has views of the lake from inside.

- 1 small to medium-sized housebroken dog (less than 25 lbs) is permitted. Sorry, no aggressive breeds allowed (e.g. Pitbull, Rottweiler, etc.). Please disclose breed at time of booking if you choose to bring a furry friend :)
- No additional guests are permitted other than the number disclosed at the time of rental agreement
- After booking please read complex rules I will send to respect and use community amenities, etc.
- Quiet hours in the complex runs 10pm to 8am
- To make this stay enjoyable for others and to avoid extra fees for repair, please treat this house with respect. Do not misuse the sauna (i.e. no inappropriate acts)

Please honor the 11am check-out time!

Please tidy up the area, then load and start the dishwasher. Take trash to dumpster outside. You may leave nonperishables in the refrigerator.

Please start a load of towels.

Please tidy up and leave the area similar to how to found it.
Do not empty the fireplace! Do not burn on the day of your departure.

No need to move the linens, comforters, etc to laundry room. The cleaning service will take care of changing.

Take used towels to the laundry room and start a load (as mentioned above)

Close and lock windows, leave curtains open.
Turn out all lights and don't forget your electronics/plugs.
Leave heat at 58 degrees. Please do not shut off heat, especially during the winter, as this will freeze pipes!
Please be neat with your pet.

You hereby agree you are accepting responsibility for any and all damages to the property and its contents, including, but not limited to repairs, fines/assessments, excess cleaning, eviction. You further agree that the costs of any repairs or replacements to said property will be charged to the credit card number provided at the time of booking.

You have been charged a cleaning fee as part of your reservation. These fees are based on the size of the house and standard times to clean the property as determined by the cleaning contractors. If the cleaning required exceeds what is considered “normal”, you will be charged for the additional cleaning. If you build a fire, please do not clean out the ashes. Hot ashes will be disposed of properly by housekeeping when cooled.

This rental property permit two cars per property. Please use the parking pass provided on the keyring next to the door. Additional or improperly parked cars may be towed.
During the winter months (Nov. thru April) please be cognizant that plows will come through the parking lot in the morning after snowfall. Do not park your car on the south side of the parking lot, or you may be plowed in.

A $150.00 fee will be assessed for any and all communal passes or parking passes that are not returned, lost or stolen at time of checkout. Please put all passes back on the keyring when you check out of the property.

Please respect the number of occupants listed for this property. No more persons than for which there are bona fide beds shall occupy a property. If you exceed the occupancy you will be charged a fine to be determined by management.

Inconveniences over which the house has no control and which do not warrant any refunds: breakdown of appliances or entertainment/recreational devices; internet/wireless connections; power or gas outages; adverse road/weather conditions (does not include road closures exceeding 6 hours); non-functional amenities within the condo or within the community (e.g. hot tub, pool, sauna); construction taking place in the area; a property that is not decorated to suit one’s individual taste.

Firewood is not provided in most rental properties. You can purchase boxes and bundles of wood from the local grocery stores, Save Mart and Safeway or Swigard’s True Value Hardware.

Please be advised that the sauna is a wonderful, pleasurable amenity if used correctly. They do, however, require some maintenance item subject to a degree of down time. Should the sauna at the residence or development you’ve rented not be available during your stay, $25.00 per night will be the maximum basis for any rent adjustment.
Please do not add soaps, perfumes, oils, etc. to the sauna rocks as it could incur an extra cleaning charge.

A. Renter is responsible to report, upon arrival, any damages noted in the property.

B. Renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the contents of the property, including but not limited to furniture and furnishings. Owner and agent are not responsible for any loss or damage to property left on premises by renter.

We will try to locate any of your lost items as soon as possible and send them to you. Your credit card on file will be charged for the shipping fee and a $25.00 retrieval fee. Management is not responsible for any items left behind by renters or guests.

Must climb stairs - The condo is 2 stories, with 1 bedroom and bath upstairs. The rest is downstairs.
Amenity limitations - There is no cable TV at the condo; WiFi and a Smart TV is provided with a Chromecast. There is no microwave; there is a small toaster and oven range.

This condo was a great place to stay near Tahoe City and its shops, eateries, and grocery stores. We got some steaks and veggies and grilled out — the kitchen made it easy to prepare a gourmand meal. The space itself would be plenty comfortable for two couples. The balcony and living room spaces are super comfortable and airy/open/well-lit. I loved the booth in the kitchen, a very cosy spot to enjoy a meal together. My fiancee found the bed to be super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed going up and down the stairs, but was a bit puzzled by the doggie door (he couldn't figure out how to use it). Everything was clean when we arrived and parking was easy. I also fired up the sauna for a bit, it was very relaxing. The shower has great water pressure. Thanks Dave!

We were very comfortable at the condo - big pluses for having nice soaps and washing detergent. Great communication as well from Dave!

Communication was great , he responded quickly. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, everything you need to know was very organized in a binder on the main coffee table. We enjoyed our stay there and would likely book again. The view of the lake is quite limited though off in the distance, but you can still see it.

Dave is nice.The house is easy to drive's about 3 minutes to drive to the lake from the house. It's comfortable to live in.all things are wonderful.thanks.
