You can look forward to beautiful natural light and the sound of birds in the morning, in addition to a hot shower, hot coffee, and a clean place to work and relax.
This 3rd floor studio in this 1942 historic building was John B. Lagarde's library and social area. Mr. Lagarde owned a concrete company, and used his company's materials to build these solid, everlasting apartment buildings. You will enjoy the historic artifacts within this space, as well as the safety, security, and serenity that the architecture offers.
Interaction with guests
Although you'll have complete privacy while you're here, co-host Jean is available by phone or Airbnb message at any hour, should any issues come up. There are two full-time maintenance workers who will promptly take care of any issues in the apartment.

There is a dedicated parking space for apartment C8. Visitor parking is available if you need more than one space.
***Cyclists!*** Let us know if you're bringing bicycles with you, and we'll make some walk-in ground floor secure storage space available.

**Important** Although there is roof access from this apartment, guests are not permitted to walk on the roof. This area has not yet been prepared for any kind of foot traffic.
