Great location100% of recent guests gave this home’s location a 5-star rating.

Historic house, walking distance to the University and everything downtown. The old tree neighborhood is the most sought-after location, near parks, old houses, and anything you need for food or entertainment. Plenty of free street parking in a very safe and quiet area. Backyard is a secluded garden haven. House has two bedrooms. Sometimes both are free to rent, sometimes we'll be in one room, or a different guest will be in that room. Lots of light, hardwood floors, art and full kitchen.

Sharon was a great host. Her house was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was nice and the house was easy to find. She even offered to drive me to the airport at 5AM! I would not hesitate to stay here again.

It was a short commute to the university campus and to restaurants and stores on 3rd Street. The furnishings aren’t fancy but are comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

Sharon was a wonderful host, quick and thorough in her responses before my arrival; highly accommodating in making plenty of room for my group; and very understanding of a shampoo stain we unknowingly left behind. As well, her home is warm and inviting, and very conveniently loc…
