Our house is a newly renovated midcentury ranch style home in a great neighborhood on "The Hill" in New Braunfels. We have an open floor plan that is great for groups. There is a nice patio with a campfire and a BBQ pit and lots of really pretty trees. This is the perfect spot for a weekend getaway on the river.
We are tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on "the hill" just above Landa Park - which is about a mile and a half away. We have tons of space with great trees (old live oaks, old juniper, persimmon, crepe myrtle, Ratana) and lots of wildlife (foxes, squirrels, owls, kestrels, bats and LOTS of deer).
You will have 100% run of our property, including the woods behind the house. It's about 3/4 acre.
Other things to note
Five minutes from Landa Park. Eight minutes from the Comal River and downtown New Braunfels.
Feel free to use the firewood in the metal box on the back porch. But please keep the fire small. If flames rise above the edge of the fire pit it's probably too big.
We give our guests space and are rarely home when guests arrive or checkout. I am typically available by phone to answer any questions.
