A cinematic one-bedroom apartment, right in the heart of Silver Lake!
This one-bedroom apartment is a top-floor, corner unit in one of Silver Lake’s most historic buildings, located above the famous Sunset Triangle Plaza. I’m confident you won’t find anything else like it.
Big, breezy windows offer sweeping views of downtown and fill the home with sunshine and fresh air all day long. Exposed brick and dark hardwood floors lend a cool, Brooklyn vibe, and thick walls mean peace and quiet, day or night. Open the French doors to extend the space, or enclose the bedroom for a little extra privacy.
The home is furnished with stylish pieces from West Elm, CB2, Article and Highland Park’s Sunbeam Vintage, and decorated with original posters, drawings and prints celebrating the legacy of cinema and rock ’n roll.
Living in the heart of L.A.’s trendiest neighborhood has its advantages. The square is home to the Silver Lake Farmer’s Market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday afternoons. You’re steps away from Sunset Junction, Intelligentsia Coffee, the historic Black Cat Tavern and local favorites Pine & Crane, Cliff’s Edge, Forage, Blossom and El Cochinito.
And if you’re lucky enough to be in L.A. during the summer, you’ve got a front-row seat to the Silver Lake Picture Show: a fun, outdoor moviegoing experience right in the Plaza, featuring everyone’s favorite films.
Guests may enjoy the entirety of the apartment. Separately, they may use the building's antique elevator, the laundry room in the basement (quarters required), and the relaxing garden in front of the building.
