* I am currently looking for a subletter from Nov 7-Jan 7 while I am traveling for work and the Christmas holidays. *
My place is located in Richmond about a 10 minute drive or Lyft ride to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART. It is a homey feeling space with a lot of global touches. Neighbors are quiet and the complex is gated.
I lived abroad for 10 years in 7 countries and was lucky enough to bring back art from those places, and my decor style is definitely influenced by my time living in East Asia and the Middle East. The home has an open space that includes the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a little laundry nook through the kitchen. The living room has a daybed that has a really comfy memory foam mattress. There is a spa style bathroom with a great big tub, and then a big bedroom with a queen size bed.
The whole house, with the exception of the bathroom closet, where I keep my personal belongings. I just ask that you don't move or mess with my personal things throughout the house. If you read a book, put it back where you found it, etc.

I'm a nomadic soul who has lived out of the US for about 10 years. Most recently, I was living in Amman, Jordan. I've also lived in several countries in East and SE Asia and the Middle East. I'm very happy to now be living and working in the SF Bay area. I work in Education, and am very passionate about my field. I grew up a military brat, so even before I began my career I moved every couple of years, which means I don't have a "hometown" and I'm extremely adaptable and get along with most types of people (unless you are in someway racist, homophobic or sexist).
