This brand new luxury two-bed apartment is on the second floor of a block of 9 holiday apartments. Newly refurbished in modern neutral colours, this apartment has two spacious bedrooms both with king size beds and one bright spacious kitchen/lounge. The lounge area contains a flat screen TV and a 2-seater sofa-bed suitable for two adults. Sleeps: Up to 6, 2 king size beds and 1 sofa bed. Access to the apartment is by walk up stair only (no lift / elevator). It may not therefore be suitable for dis-ambulant or elderly guests.

HOUSE KEEPING/MAID SERVICE
*Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 3.00pm. Except for Public and Bank holidays. Change of bed linen and towels once a week. On other days the housekeeper will make the bed with the existing linen and fold and place the towels back on the towel rail.
The housekeeper will spend ½ an hour in your apartment each day*. The service we provide will be different from the usual housekeeping service you receive in a hotel. Within the 30 minutes they will make the beds with existing linen (unless it’s a linen change day), have a general tidy around and take out the rubbish. They may also load the dishwasher or hand wash up to 12 items.

The apartments are operated by a key code. Within a few days of arrival, the codes will be emailed to you.
Interaction with guests
There are emergency, out of hours, contact numbers in the apartment. During office hours, I can be contacted on email or telephone.
Please be advised that should they attend, out of office hours and the matter is not urgent (ie. forgotten door code, incorrect use of key safe) then you may be charged up to £75.
Other things to note
St Anne's Court is an alleyway which connects Dean Street and Wardour Street and parts of it dates back to the late seventeenth century. The site previously housed Trident Studios where David Bowie recorded Space Oddity and, after a couple of fallow years, his coveted breakthrough, the Ziggy Stardust album. We have a strict no smoking and no pets policy.
The total number of people who will use the Apartment (including You) must not exceed the capacity of the accommodation as advertised on Our website nor must the total number of people staying overnight in the Apartment exceed the number of people You advised Us would be sharing the Apartment when You made Your Booking. Babies under two years of age will not be counted as members of Your party. We provide a dedicated “out of hours” emergency number. Should we attend between the hours of 5.30pm – 8am and find that it is not an emergency for example, you have forgotten your key, forgotten your door code or not read the arrival/key safe information correctly, then you could be liable for a charge of up to £75.
We will advise You of the check-in and check-out times of Your booking within Our email confirmation. You agree not without our prior permission to either enter the Apartment before the check in time, nor leave it after the check-out times advised to you. You and those others who share the Apartment with You agree to keep the Apartment clean and tidy and to leave it in no worse condition than You found it when the Booking commenced. You agree not to use the Apartment for any illegal or commercial purpose (which shall include not allowing anyone else to use the Apartment whose identity You have not previously advised to Us). You agree to be responsible to the Owner for all costs relating to breakage of or damage to the Apartment, furniture or equipment howsoever caused and for any consequential costs. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of remedial work to the Apartment, for replacing furniture and/or equipment. We reserve the right to enter the Apartment during Your Booking (without prior notice where it is not possible to advise You beforehand) for routine cleaning and housekeeping and also in the case of special circumstances or emergencies.
We reserve the right to cancel the Booking if the unreasonable behaviour of You or anyone sharing the accommodation with You is considered likely to spoil the enjoyment, comfort or health of any other guests, residents or people in the same or neighbouring buildings. In these circumstances no refund of the Booking cost will be given. We may, at our sole discretion, deduct consequential charges arising either directly or indirectly from unreasonable behaviour against the security deposit.
