To run the air-conditioning: The A/C doesn’t run if lanai sliding door is open or not completely close. There is a sensor that detects when the sliding door is open and A/C shuts off. In case of any problem with A/C, PLEASE contact us but also contact Marcus, HOA manager. His office located in the lobby, by the coffee shop(URL HIDDEN)It is advise to keep the sliding doors shut while you are entering and exiting the unit due to occasional high winds
As much as possible, please only use the garbage disposal for little waste. For lots of waste, please use the regular trash can.
Please do not smoke in the unit or out on the lanai
It should be noted that many quests over the years have purchased and left various items – boogey boards, lounging chairs, books, and even food that might be of use to them and future guests. Clearly, your use of any food in the unit during your stay is your responsibility. Please feel free to throw any of it out if you choose.
There are two dimmer lights in our unit:

If the regular trash can become full, please dispose of the trash in the trash shoot, located at the opposite end of the elevator near unit #1009
