Bill's spot is absolutely perfect. We came down for a long weekend of cruising and muscle cars. The accommodations are perfect for two couples, but could be comfortable for three couples as well. We made breakfast and smoothies each morning in the recently renovated and petite kitchen. Everything was spotless. The whole place was very clean and the renovations made the whole unit very up to date. You must bring your own linens (towels, sheets, blankets) but that's a small sacrifice to make for being centrally located in the heart of OC. The unit is on a quiet street off of coastal highway, but we were still able to walk each night to dinner (mothers cantina happy hour) and even down to the inlet and boardwalk. Cute shops nearby and the boardwalk starts literally across the street. This place is a must book! We cant wait to come back in the spring!! Only pitfall: I like to cook pretty complicated breakfasts, so I had a tough time with the limited cookware. Bring extra pots/pans if you're anything like me!

The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, freshly updated, and there is plenty of parking. Bill was a great host and I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful trip to Ocean City and had a very pleasant stay here! It was well-located, close enough to the beach to go swimming whenever we wanted, but far enough away to escape the street noise. I was a little disappointed when I found that there weren't any cookie sheets or other such items to use to bake things in the oven, but there was plenty for us to cook some things on the stove. The main complaint that I had was that the "Other things to note" section did not exist when I booked my trip. I learned that I had to bring my own bedding and towels when I received the welcome letter the day before my trip, which simply said, "PS: Don’t forget to bring your towels and sheets" towards the end of the email. As I followed up on this email with Bill, he continuously insisted that he stated this information on his AirBnB page and said that I should also bring extra toilet paper and other basic items. Since I'm newer to AirBnB, I asked where this information was on his page as I had clearly missed it-- it would be good for me to know where to look in future AirBnB postings for this kind of information. After the second time I asked him where it said that I needed to bring bedding and towels, the "Other things to note" section was added to the page, which was pointed out to me like it was there the whole time. (I took a screenshot of the page I was looking at during this process and was able to do a side-by-side comparison with the updated page. There was no "Other things to note" section nor any other mention that guests should bring basics like bedding, towels, and toilet paper.) That being said, Bill was responsive to my emails and answered my questions so that I could pack accordingly before the trip, and I'm glad that the "Other things to note" section is now there for future guests.

Response from Bill:
It's really disappointing to hear that the sheets and towels were such a big deal to you. Although you say you did not get the welcome email until the day before you checked in, you were responding to that email three days before you checked in. How else would you have had my direct email? As for cookie sheets, in a year and a half no one has asked about cookie sheets when they are at the beach. It's also strange that in the 18 months we have on the unit, no one else has complained that they didn't know to bring sheets and towels. If it wasn't on the website, how did no one else have an issue in the past 18 months? It's not like it takes more than two minutes to pack some sheets and towels.
