Great place to stay! It was super clean, exactly as pictured! Its in a safe, quiet neighborhood and close to everything! Patrick & Karen are very responsive and easy to communicate with! I will definitely be staying here again!

The space was cute and cozy. Karen and Patrick were always fast to respond and very helpful. It was a quick uber/lyft to everything downtown.

I would definitely recommend staying here! It’s very comfortable and cosy and was spotless when we arrived. The living room is perfect for relaxing and the bed is comfy too.

Great apartment to stay for a few days and visit Nashville. Comfortable couch, light everywhere, big fridge for a small apartment. Bed was a bit soft. Perfect for a solo traveler. Overall, it is pretty nice and practical, I´ll definitely recommend it!
