Montanya is an ideal destination for families and small groups looking to enjoy a tranquil escape with home-like comforts. Situated in North East Victoria, it offers spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere, allowing guests to relax. Whether you're seeking a cozy retreat or an outdoor adventure, Montanya provides the perfect setting to reconnect with nature. It's an ideal spot to spend quality time with loved ones, surrounded by breathtaking scenery and a range of activities.
The space
Montanya is a small family friendly property with amazing views and full household amenities to make your
stay comfortable .
The property includes a main house and a separate pool house .
The main house is equipped with two bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom/ laundry and is fully fenced to comply with council regulations .
The pool house has a seperate bathroom , heating and cooling and has one double bed plus one double sofa bed . There is a drying room located in the pool house for winter skiers .
The property is equipped with 3 beds in total ( queen plus two doubles ) including the pool house , with the option to use the extra double sofa bed located in pool house .
You will need to provide your own sheets and towels ( linen rental options are available via an external provider for a nominal additional cost ) . Reach out to me if you would like this option .
This property caters for all year around holiday stays and has adequate heating and cooling , plus all home comforts to make your stay a comfortable one .

Montanya is located close enough to town ( 20 min walk), with magnificent valley views . The neighbourhood is family friendly with houses to one side of the property . Guests are encouraged to respect neighbours in terms of pool activity ( late ) and music via the outdoor speakers .
