Lovely house, great for a relaxing break. Recommend cafe kitty's down the road for breakfast. Beaches in the area outstanding, would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful week in Teach Treasa. The house itself is really bright, spacious and has everything you need. There is a lovely fire, large bedrooms and a great open plan kitchen/dining/living room. It is very clean, well equipped and the wifi worked well. There was information on what to do in the area and a week was not long enough to do everything. The beaches nearby are spectacular and almost empty. The children loved jumping off the pier into the sea. We did some sea kayaking and saw beautiful sea stacks and cliffs. As well as water sports, there are plenty of places to go hiking and Mount Errigal is worth the climb. Some nice pubs in the area do food and the nearby Teac Jack has live music and ceilis.

Great location to explore Donegal. Beautiful scenery. House was clean, warm, and very spacious. The host Clare was very accessible and helpful with providing local info etc. There is a great pub/restaurant and a shop within walking distance but beaches and other restaurants/pubs require driving. This was not issue because we ended up happy to drive far and wide to discover a different stunningly beautiful beach everyday ... And remote pubs with great food and traditional music every night.

I enjoy painting furniture and love wildlife. Everyday is different in Donegal as you could be waking up to the call of the cuckoo or spot the pheasant walking past the window.
