Two storey home. You have your own bedroom with queen bed and your own large, separate, private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.
A fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge shared with us. Breakfast is available at a time to suit yourselves and your travel plans. Free use of washing machine. A BBQ is available to you on the deck with stunning views to Mt Tauhara. There is no TV but there is plenty to do in Taupō. We do have books, board games and jigsaw puzzles. A book swapping book shelf is available with a help yourself to free books section.
Free Wi-Fi and desktop computer available.
There is lockup storage space for sporting equipment e.g. bikes, kayaks, golf clubs and free off street parking.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Debretts hot springs and pools are a five minute drive away. Less than 10 minute walk to takeaway, dairy and Mole and Chicken bar/restaurant. Approximately 15 minutes walk to the lake and 30 minutes walk to the CBD

Graeme and I are originally from Tasmania and have been living in Taupo for over 7 years. We adopted a rescue cat, Leo, 2 years ago. Over our time here, we have enjoyed participating and volunteering in sporting events, eating out at local cafes and restaurants, going to concerts, bush walking and travelling, which has brought us in contact with many great people and made for diverse experiences around the world. We have seen Taupo and the district through the eyes of newcomers. We look forward to sharing our knowledge and experiences with you.
